Vata people should take food that is warm, moderately heavy, not too dry, soothing, nourishing, and rich.
Pitta people should take food that is not too hot in temperature nor cooked with too much oil.
Kapha people should take food that is light, dry, and warm. Water should be taken hot and in reduced amounts.
